Companies cannot pay to join the PremisePulse list.
PremisePulse does not accept payment for inclusion or higher placement. We research companies by repair specialty, service area, and credentials. Our independently reviewed listings appear alphabetically, with verification details shown openly. Search BBB directly for other locations across the United States and Canada.
BBB charges its own accreditation fees. That is separate from our free list. External BBB search results follow BBB’s own policies and may include ads. PremisePulse is not affiliated with BBB.
Enter the city and state/province, ZIP, or postal code of the property needing service. Search anywhere in the United States or Canada. No full street address needed. Opening BBB results sends your search location and repair type to BBB. Save your service location in Property Passport setup to reuse it for scans.
Understand BBB accreditation and letter ratings
Accreditation is a status, not a rating level. BBB letter ratings range from A+ (highest) to F (lowest); NR means not rated. The grade reflects BBB’s available business and complaint information. Customer review stars are separate and do not determine the letter grade. Accreditation and a high grade do not guarantee workmanship.
